From A Hot Girl Summer To A Grind Girl All Year Round for Meg the Stallion

0

It’s not your imagination. Hot Girl Summer has turned into Grind Girl Summer for Megan “Megan Thee Stallion” Pete in the past few years. The Houston, Texas native has been on her grind and popping up everywhere, including introducing her “Hottie Sauce” in 2021 on First We Feast’s “Hot Ones” and sharing her Amazon Prime Day favorites in July of this year.

Listed in Forbes “30 Under 30” in 2023, the 29-year-old reportedly made a guesstimated $13 million in 2022 from a combination of royalties, ticket sales, endorsements and merchandise. Clearly, this femcee is looking to be known for more than just music. Here are more details about her latest ventures and Megan Thee Stallion’s net worth.

Popeye’s Partners With Megan Thee Stallion

In 2021, the popular chicken franchise and the southern rapper created a chicken nugget and crispy chicken sandwich dipping sauce. (If you were around for the chicken war, you know about Popeye’s fried chicken sandwich already.) Even if you can’t get ahold of the hot sauce, My Popeye’s Megan Thee Stallion Hottie Sauce is available in an easy-to-make recipe with ingredients listed on Amazon.

From Hottie Sauce Recipes To Amazon Prime

How long did Meg’s “It’s Priiiiiime Day” song stay stuck in your head? That Amazon Prime catchy tune was (almost) as magnetic as “Savage” and is still available to download on Amazon Music. Megan the Stallion “Hot Girl” short-shorts, bikinis and caps (all in red) are also available with the Texan showing off how a Hot Girl should wear them.

4oe Is On Megan Thee Stallion’s Pet Business Grind Too

Scroll through her Instagram page, and it won’t take long to see 4oe, the Frenchie. The pet lover shows off her dog the way parents show off their human babies. As a social media influencer, she’s helping Hotties find the best in dog food, dog harnesses, dog collars, freeze-dried treats and even a “Hot Dog” puppy T-shirt.

Comic Con Is Taking Note of Meg’s Fandom Too

From Sailor Hottie to Mirko thee Stallion, it was only a matter of time before anime was incorporated into her art. She even playfully stormed off after GQ asked her to rank her favorite anime characters. (Megan even declared the “Hot Girl of Anime” to be Kagome.)

“She got all the boys fighting over her,” Megan the Stallion told Polygon. “She’s running around with her jewelry around her neck trying to put it all back together, and she just always comes out on top. Also, she has good hair. That’s important.”

Although Megan thee Stallion doesn’t have an official anime deal, her involvement in the Crunchyroll Anime Awards brings even more attention to Black women (in hip-hop) who love anime.

And Then There’s Megan Thee Stallion’s Music Success

In the same week that she performed in Atlanta as an opener for Vice President Kamala Harris’ first presidential campaign rally, Megan was a headliner for the 2024 Lollapalooza. Debuting at No. 1 on Billboard’s “Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums” charts. Megan the Stallion’s net worth also included 64K equivalent album units in the U.S. during the first week of her third studio album “Megan.”

According to Billboard, this total marks the biggest debut (by units) for any rap album released by a woman this year. Singles “Cobra,” “Boa” and “Hiss” also climbed their way up the charts to bring even more attention to her latest album. This year, “Hiss” alone launched with 29.2 million first-week streams, 2.9 million radio airplay audience impressions and 104K downloads from January 26 to February 1, according to Luminate.

While the worldwide pandemic was bad news for everyone in 2020 and Megan declared “Bad B*tches Have Bad Days Too” on her mental health website, the “Good News” rapper has been determined to bring in “good news” ever since.
