Taco Bell Announces Sean Tresvant As Its New CEO, Becoming The First Black Person In The Role

According to Business Wire, Tresvant is being promoted to CEO after working as Taco Bell’s global chief brand and strategy officer.

Tresvant will begin his new role, effective Jan. 1, 2024, succeeding Mark King. As CEO, he will report to Chief Executive Director David Gibbs of Yum! Brands, Inc. — Taco Bell’s parent company.
